Existing defects in the survey property are recorded and photographed. Furthermore our surveys will record the overall building condition.
Photographs are taken on high resolution digital camera with surveys produced on digital disc. Additional copies can be produced and distributed to any interested parties as required.

Bradbury Sewell can project manage your building reinstatement following major damage such as impact or fire. As experts in this field we can liaise with your insurers and/or their appointed loss adjusters to secure your preferred method of repair or reinstatement.
In most cases our charges for professional fees are recoverable as a policy expense and this service can therefore cost you nothing.
